Three weight settings: 1kg dumbbells pair, 1.5kg dumbbells pair, and 2kg dumbbells pair. Each dumbbell alone weighs 2.3 lbs. Weight bars are included to allow you to adjust the weight of your dumbbell. There are a total of 4 weight blocks for each dumbbell. Each weight block weighs 0.55 lbs. To ensure even distribution, you must add them equally to each side. The lowest weight is 2.3 lbs., and the highest weight is 4.5 lbs. per dumbbell
